  • As personalized items are hand crafted to each individual order, they are only eligible for any exchange in the event of defect. Please contact us with pictures to be approved for an exchange
  • The item must have a post-mark day of less than 30 days from the date that you have received your order according to the shipping carrier.
  • The item must not be altered, destroyed, modified, used, washed, and in it's original condition.

We understand how frustrating & challenging it is sometimes it can be with ordering apparel online. So in the event that you want to exchange it for a different size, we have this simple solution.

For any order, in which you are not perfectly satisfied with the sizing, we simply ask that you cover the shipping costs of the new shirts to you. For any short sleeve shirt, it is $6.95 per item shipping fee. For any long sleeve apparel, it is $8.95 per item shipping fee. We will cover the rest of the costs of making the shirt.

  • You must request a size change within 14 days of delivery.
  • You will not have to send us back your original shirt.
  • If you do not need your shirt, we suggest donating it to a local woman's shelter for someone in need of a shirt.
  • Any item is elgible for a sizing change of only 1 time.
  • Once requesting a sizing change, your order will not be eligible any more for a 30 day money back guarantee.

Occasionally, things like this do happen during shipping. In fact, we've all seen those videos of truck drivers kicking packages. Not something we can control. But don't worry one bit. We will make sure you get the product you want & deserve.

  • Simply send us pictures within 3 days of received your package of the damage that has happened.
  • You will not be responsible for any shipping.
  • If the item is in good condition, but the wrong shirt, simply donate it to a local charity.
  • We will do our best to re-process your order within the next 2-3 business days.

Packages do sometimes end up lost. First, we request that we have some patience. Secondly, before we process a reshipment of your order, we kindly request that we first submit a missing mail report with USPS. They have a great track record of finding packages that were once lost.
In the event, that we have done all of that, and we still have not delivered your package, Emmano will resend you a new package!
